As leaders, we are navigating a hybrid and distributed world that is volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous. We are leading people who are struggling with disconnection, stress and burnout. Attrition is real, retention is hard, the challenges are many, and the road ahead is foggy.       

Today’s work world demands new skills and new ways of leading and thinking.  It requires us to lead through ambiguity, manage change, embrace uncertainty, and continuously adapt. It requires us to learn a New Language of Leadership.  

We have defined the New Language of Leadership within a connected framework of five fluencies and in this interactive session, we’ll dive into the two fluencies that help us lead through ambiguity: Clarity and Adaptability.
