I’m Catherine Ducharme, PCC, CLC, and I’m excited to lead Fluency Leadership, my third entrepreneurial venture. With over 30 years of experience in communications, marketing, and leadership across various industries, I specialize in guiding marcom leaders to excel.
My journey began in journalism, where I honed my skills in writing and asking questions. Over the years, I’ve held senior roles in PR, corporate, internal, and marketing communications, and I’ve been a part of senior leadership teams, mainly in the high-tech and biotech sectors. This diverse background has equipped me with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities leaders face.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Leadership Coach, I’m passionate about helping leaders unlock their full potential. My certification in CoreStrengths® SDI 2.0 and Relational Awareness Theory enhances my ability to help teams connect and collaborate to drive impactful change.
A big moment for me was being named Regional Leader of the Year in 2021 by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). Serving as the past President of the IABC regional board and BC chapter was a rewarding experience that underscored my commitment to professional excellence and community building.
