Empowering Coaching

Achieving Personal and Professional Goals

My Coach Approach

I divide my life into two parts: before and after coach training! Becoming a professional certified coach has been pivotal and profound both professionally and personally. I’ve witnessed its power to demystify challenges, fuel insights and inspire growth. As a coach and third-party thinking partner, I help you move from where you are to where you want to be by helping you gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and take action.

I’m driven by curiosity and a desire to help you thrive. I understand the impact of asking powerful questions that help you find your own solutions, answers, and possibilities. And there’s nothing more gratifying than seeing clients flourish when they tap into their vulnerability, courage, confidence, and potential.

My coaching is non-directive and supported by advocacy and wisdom. When I coach, you have my full attention. My goal is to listen, observe and create the space and silence for you to deeply reflect or talk out loud to hear what you have to say. While I don’t dispense advice, I offer insights, frameworks, and reflections that can unlock new perspectives. I get to the heart of the matter and am not afraid to challenge you in service of your goals. I bring connection, enthusiasm, and confidence to every session. Above all, I uphold confidentiality. That is paramount.

Coaching is valuable at any stage in your career, especially in these moments:

  • Coaching to Clarity: Gain clarity, perspective, or plan your way forward as a leader.
  • Starting Strong: Transition smoothly into a new leadership role or organization.
  • Next Chapter: Gain clarity, perspective, or plan your way forward as a leader.
  • Stepping Up: Prepare as a high-potential leader or successor for a senior role.
  • In Your Corner: Benefit from an ongoing third-party thinking partner for leadership and personal growth.
