DESCRIPTION:The past three years have brought about massive change and pervasive uncertainty\, and have forever changed the way we work\, communicate and interact. They have also changed the way we lead. As leaders\, we are navigating a hybrid and distributed world that is volatile\, uncertain\, complex\, and ambiguous. We are leading people who are struggling with disconnection\, stress and burnout. Attrition is real\, retention is hard\, the challenges are many\, and the road ahead is foggy.        \nToday’s work world demands new skills and new ways of leading and thinking.  It requires us to lead through ambiguity\, manage change\, embrace uncertainty\, and continuously adapt. It requires us to learn a New Language of Leadership.   \nWe have defined the New Language of Leadership within a connected framework of five fluencies and in this interactive session\, we’ll dive into the two fluencies that help us lead through ambiguity: Clarity and Adaptability.   \nJoin Fluency Founders Catherine Ducharme and Colin Macrae on June 21st as we learn how to seek clarity in uncertain times so we can move forward and increase our capacity to adapt and embrace change. You will leave with practical tools and practices that you can put into action and improve your ability to lead through ambiguity.
